Student Grievance and Complaint Policy
We want every concern handled fairly, quickly and professionally. Raise it as soon as it comes up, and start with our school process before going to an outside agency. Every student gets this policy, and you can always ask the office for a copy.
How to file a grievance
These are the steps in our Student Catalog. You will never be treated differently for filing a complaint in good faith.
1
Talk to the director
Set up a meeting with our school director. Most problems are solved here.
2
Write it down
If it is not solved, send the director a formal written complaint. You can use the grievance form on this page, or skip the meeting and write first.
3
Get a written answer
The director looks into it and sends you a written answer by the 10th business day.
4
Still not solved?
You can file a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission. The notice and the TWC form are further down this page.
