If you have a complaint

We want to fix problems fast. Here is how it works.

Talk to the director

Set up a meeting with our school director. Most problems are solved here.

Write it down

If it is not solved, send a formal written complaint to the director. You can also skip the meeting and write first.

Get a written answer

The director looks into it and sends you a written answer by the 10th business day.

Still not solved?

You can file a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission (see the notice below).

Student Complaint Policy

Dear Students:

Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school's catalog.
