You may file a grievance about Stone Academy, an instructor, a staff member, or any educational program concern that affects your learning experience.

What should I include with my grievance form?

Include a clear description of what happened, dates and names involved (if applicable), the resolution you are requesting, and any supporting documents such as emails, screenshots, or notes.

How do I submit my grievance form?

After you complete the form, upload it using the secure submission link provided on this page. This is the preferred method for timely review.

What happens after I submit the form?

Stone Academy Administration will review your submission according to the Student Handbook and School Catalog procedures and then contact you with the outcome or next steps.
if you are dissatisfied with Stone Academy's response to your complaint, or if you are unable to file a complaint with the school, you may file a formal complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission.

Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Compliance Notice

Stone Academy maintains a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Career Schools and Colleges Division.

TWC School Number: S3653

Stone Academy programs, including Nurse Aide and In-Service training programs, are approved by applicable regulatory and credentialing agencies where required.

In accordance with Texas Workforce Commission regulations, Stone Academy maintains a formal grievance and complaint process for students enrolled in educational programs and continuing education activities.

Students with concerns, complaints, or disputes regarding:

must first follow Stone Academy's internal grievance process before filing external complaints whenever possible.

External Complaint Rights

Students dissatisfied with Stone Academy's response, or students unable to resolve concerns through the school grievance process, may file a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools and Colleges Division and other applicable agencies or accrediting organizations where appropriate.

Student Notification Requirement

Stone Academy is responsible for ensuring students receive access to:

Students who believe they were not provided access to school grievance procedures or required disclosures should notify school administration immediately.

Non-Retaliation Policy

Stone Academy prohibits retaliation against students who file complaints or participate in grievance investigations in good faith.

Students will not be penalized, intimidated, or discriminated against for appropriately reporting concerns regarding educational services or school operations.
